Peace be upon you,

How are you ,hope you are ok!!!(6:)

After the poll of yesterday and the choice between too many novels our vote came in favour of A tale of two cities.(40:)

This novel is written by Charles Dickens:)

Now,this discussion is going to be a kind of questions each time we put a question then we discuss it ,each one of us gives his opinions.(27:)

The first question is concerning the title A tale of two cities, honestly I didn't notice that before till Mohamad said it is a tale not the tale
(6:)
so the first question is:

According to you ,what's the difference between a tale of two cities and the tale of two cities?

from my point of view, the answer is:

according to the articles: "a" indifinite article means here that this story of the 2 cities is one of other stories, i.e there are more than 1 story for those 2 cities

while the article "the" difinite article means that this story about the 2 cities is the only story happened in them and there is only one story
