Smoking is dangerous to your health. It has harmful effects on the whole body and
leads to bad results at the end. Smoking may cause cancer and it is a waste of
money. Smoking can increase the heartbeat and can destroy vitamins in the body.
It can lead to diseases of both the circulatory and respiratory systems. Tobacco has
three dangerous substances: nicotine, tar and carbon monoxide. It is difficult to stop
smoking because of nicotine addiction. Tar can damage cells in the respiratory systems.
Non-smokers are more likely to get diseases if they breathe in tobacco somke from the air.
Today many puplic places are divided in to smoking and non-smoking areas.
Teenagers are attracted to smoking because they think it makes them look older
and may also smoke because their friends do.
Finally, smoking has many bad effects on the body, so one of the ways to stay healthy
is to abstain smoking.
